Afghan Post (AP), also a member of Universal Postal Union and EMS Cooperative, is the national postal organization of Afghanistan, which has office throughout 34 provinces in the country, and it is expanding to all 364 districts. Afghan Post is designed to provide shipping services to Afghanistani. It not easy when there are no street addresses for so many neighborhoods particularly those in rural areas.
The very beginning of first postal arrangements in this country owes to Sher Ali Khan. He set up a postal service in around 1860 for the country’s modernization.
