Postal Services in Andorra are run by its two more powerful and larger neighbor, Spain and France instead of Andorra itself.
The postal code had not been introduced to Andorra until 2004, which has a very different yet unique format from either Spain of France, starting with letters “AD”, followed by 3 digits.
Besides, both Spain and France issue their own postage stamps for use in Andorra specially for international correspondence.
Andorra is also a member of Universal Postal Union.
