Worst courier company ever! Customer service is terrible and they don't even have a complaints department. You just get directed to a feedback form on the website and no one ever gets back to you. We have had multiple deliveries from Aramex and almost every time they deliver outside of business hours (to our business address) and leave the packages on our front door which is completely visible on a busy street! To top it off, our parcels are all marked as 'do not leave unattended and signature must be obtained' and on multiple occasions they have taken my name off the delivery label and marked that I have signed for it!!! That is fraud! I don't know where they find there couriers or how they even still retain their jobs with this track record. I would never use them to send parcels even if they were the last courier company available. It is not worth the risk.
Worst service ever! They would not deliver my parcel to the Parcel Collect Office at my local Post Office. Reason given: We do not work with Australia Post And then sending me an email, requesting another address. The email was so badly written, I almost deleted it because I thougt is was a scam email.
