Jersey Post delivery days are from Monday to Friday, There is no mail plane on Saturdays, Sundays and Bank holidays.

• Customer care call centre open 8:30am - 5:30pm weekdays (9am on Wednesday), 9am - 1pm on Saturday.
• Parcel collection counter at Postal Headquarters, Rue des Pres Trading Estate is open from 08:00 to 20:00 Monday to Friday and from 08:00 to 15:00 on Saturdays. The counter is closed on Sundays and on Bank Holidays.
