This is my third time using these guys not by choice but when I order something always goes through them guys, they don’t come up to northern Iowa now that I’ve never gotten my orders ever they said they delivered it. God knows where it is. Never answer anything I write so I’m just screwed out of money again.
Do not buy anything if this is the carrier..no package received..they only tell me it was delivered! Seems like a SCAM!
AWFUL!!!!! No response to emails, very poor customer service. Ordered Jan. 7th, no updates, no responses to the 5 emails I sent. Buyer beware!!!
43 days for a package that is still on the way, 20 days on flight, and no one answer to email, one of the worst experience in my life. I got a refund with paypal and a the moment anyone know where the box is. You cant contact them on thier site all email are not reachable. I'll never buy again when there is this courier. they say on the site delivey 5-7 business day.

Im being fucking sierious. JS Express is the worst. J ordered something, great. 10 days in the transit. I should have used amazon instead of this piece of shit. China coming to the US Should not be hard. And its been shipped. For a very long time..never trying this again.
