2ème fois qu'ils me perdent un colis, et je n'ai jamais réussi à avoir quelqu'un. Impossible de me faire rembourser sans attestation, car le suivi indique livré alors que je n'ai rien reçu. Attestation sur l'honneur signée de ma part, mais de l'autre côté personne ne bouge. Compliqué de se faire entendre...
J'ai passer une commande qui devait arriver le 15 décembre 2021 aujourd'hui nous sommes le 30 janvier 2022 et plus de nouvelles impossible de joindre qui que se soit c'est inadmissible
