Since 24 of November I received a WhatsApp message regarding shipment delivery from Light Box CNB22392279. I still not received any shipment till now despite many messages and calls… No answer ! There is only few days left to be deliver… Please deliver the items.

Horrible delivery service I paid extra to get it within 7 working days it was supposed to be delivered by 16 October, and now its 24 October it’s still not delivered. I would put zero star if I could
They claim they deliver on Sept 15 , I have not received anything .Is this a scam ??
