What should I do if I am sent from abroad and I do not have a tracking code?

Request the information directly from the sender, since the tracking code is essential to alert your shipments through our system AVISALO and Correos del Ecuador can notify your email when the shipment arrives in the country and can track it to your delivery.

How can I find out what is the code of my shipment?

It must be obtained through the CDE website in the electronic invoicing option, with the user and password that appears on the electronic voucher. The tracking code consists of 13 characters (2 letters at the beginning, 9 digits and 2 letters at the end).
