      YOU HAVE THE WORSE COURIER SERVICE. I Received and email on the 24th of december advising that my package will be delivered before Christmas day ITS ALMOST A NEW YEAR and still no delivery of my Shein package. i whatsapped, emailed and called with NO HELP OR ANY FEEDBACK regarding my package. i thought delivering to my work address would be easier, as no one is home daily, and office hrs being till 5 would be the best solution BUT YOUR DRIVER HAS MISSED THE SIMPLE 9 - 5 OFFICE HRS SINCE THE 24TH OF DECEMBER. YOUR SERVICE SUCKS!!!!!!!!! IF ONLY ONE COULD UN TICK A 1 STAR AS WELL TO GIVE THE 0 RATE.

      Utterly completely USELESS! I can’t even understand how they in business. Awful customer service, no response to emails or WhatsApp, given up even trying to phone .

      I have paid vat and duties on the 22 April 2024 and uploaded and now it the 15 of may 2024 and they are saying I didn't pay but I did upload my proff of payment the I tried so many times contacting them but I can't I'm trying WhatsApp email and also on the website they can't be bothered about they customers I paid them through my capitec app still have the proof they are trying to scam people
