Never a good experience always losing package or returning to sender
This company does not even deserve one star! Minus 5 stars would be more appropriate. Packages are ALWAYS late, some by a week or more, or they are declared "lost" after lying around their regional agency for days! Anyone should invest a couple of Euros and engage a professional carrier service! I bet the staff at CP have lots of fun with all the merchandise scavenged from the "lost" packages. :-(

I have been home all evening, when I got a text saying my package could not be delivered because they could not access the building. Of course the door is locked! Ring my doorbell, or telephone me, or text me!! Odd that they can text me to say that they could not deliver my package, but couldn't text me to say that they were at my door. This is not the first time this has happened with Colis Prive. I pay for Amazon Prime, but it's no use if their chosen delivery service can't ring my doorbell, and has to come back two days later. Other Amazon delivery services have a phone number, but Colis Prive doesn't -- perhaps they don't want to deal with the customer complaints? This has happened with four different orders over the past year -- 7700074255321160 today; 7700070196431160 on 13 June; 7700048560161160 on 1 September 2023, and 770008560161160 on 31 August 2023
