      43 days for a package that is still on the way, 20 days on flight, and no one answer to email, one of the worst experience in my life. I got a refund with paypal and a the moment anyone know where the box is. You cant contact them on thier site all email are not reachable. I'll never buy again when there is this courier. they say on the site delivey 5-7 business day.

      I live in the UK and have ordered 2 things from China in the last 2 months, JS Express were the courier both times, neither item arrived despite them claiming it was delivered. The tracking number they provided wasn't one recognised by Royal Mail. If you are expecting something to be delivered by them I wouldn't hold out much hopes of receiving it! I only gave them 1 star as it wouldn't let me do zero!!

      If you purchase something and this company is shipping it, kiss it and your money goodbye. There isn't any customer service. Maybe if you live in Shanghai. Pathetic company.

      needed my pkg a week ago. it is still in transit dozen of the stuff were delivered that were sent after this. terrible

      Day 28 still days handed off to local courier. The vendor I use keeps utilizing this company, I guess because they’re cheap… every time a package gets stateside it disappears for weeks at a time. Every single package!! And they always arrive taped up in destroyed boxes. I will be switching vendors at this point. Everything arrives broken to some degree

      30 days in transityet i dont know where the packsge is or when it will be delivered if ever. Communication sucks.
