Fast customer support, instant delivery. Although I have made a mistake filling my address (they informed me and asked for the right address right away), as soon as I gave the right one, the delivery arrived the next day. Thank you La Poste.
Mon colis a soi-disant été livré, mais il parait que j'étais absente ou qu'il n'y avait pas de sonnette. Non seulement j'étais chez moi, mais il y a une sonnette !! Par contre, il faut monter 2 étages !!! Le problème serait-il là ? Bref, je ne peux pas me déplacer, donc je n'ai pas reçu mon colis. Bravo colissimo !!!

What is the point of paying for tracking when it doesn't work, constant problems with La Poste website, it is THE most frustrating site I have ever had to use and its not like there is much other options.
Says package was delivered, it wasn't, and there seems no way to contact anyone to replace it. I dont seem to be the only one with this problem here.
Am from Ethiopia I still didn't receive my package that is sent to me from France by my friend I would like to know information about my package please if not tell me if you guys took it there in the office your self and I see a lots of letter from people's complaining about there package not being delivered whyy do you guys have a really weak system this is so sadd!!! Your job is to deliver package on time with transparency and accountability.I didn't except this from a developed big country France please work on your systems and deliver our packages please!!!
