      A friend from overseas sent me a letter nine months ago. It was delivered to me just today. That friend of mine took a video while putting the letter and small bills inside the envelope. We were face timing each other while on that friend was on their way to the mailing office until he was done. Upon opening the letter, it was obvious that a part of the seal has been torn. When I opened it, only the letter was there and the money was nowhere to be found. They could've checked the letter but they shouldn't have pried and took the money. Yes it was just some small bills that just concludes that they down to that level.

      SUPER SLOW.... Phil post is the worst. my package arrived from USA to JAPAN to Manila in 4 days..... its now been sitting in Philippines costumes for 10 days doing nothing and has not moved. the package got to Philippines fast..... but PHIL POST makes the shipment so slow... Every time you do get the slow delivery... they also want to charge you customs fees.... almost what the item costs. I called the hotline 4 times to speak to a rep to ask about the package location, but the hotline just hangs up on you... what a joke.
