Tracking Information Explanation - Not Found | Tracktry.com
Speaking of receiving packages, we are all familiar with that. Especially when ordering something online, we can't help checking the status online over and over again and looking forward to its arrival. Most tracking information are easy to be understood, but when it says "Sorting Complete" "Receive item in office of exchange (inb)" "Insert item into bag (Otb)", we may feel super confused and don't know what they are talking about. Especially when we have plans to go out and have to get our packages in a limited time. Knowing more about the tracking information and figuring out its true meaning can help us act accordingly and timely. Thus, get our package delivered on time.
General Introduction of Tracking Information
Generally, all the tracking information can be divided into 4 stages.
Not Found
When you entered wrong or newly-generated tracking number, you will receive feedback like the number you trace doesn't exist. For newly-generated tracking numbers, it's better to wait for 1~3 days before the shipping company or the courier updates your tracking information. However, more and more shipping companies or couriers will present "waiting for pick-up/pick up" even it's a newly-generated tracking number. We'll talk about it in the next part.
The following words or sentences prove the "NOT FOUND" of the package you're trying to track.
