      I completely agree with Awrad, they are not worth any star .My credit card was returned to the bank already once. now it is the second time the bank sends it, the last 2 days. Air 21 sent me a message saying it is going to be delivered today, I don't move from home at all, and my door is wide open. it is the second day they send another message saying they tried to deliver but nobody was there. I don't know if it is Air21 or the delivery person who is lying but at the end of the day it is Air 21 responsibility. It is a big joke. Plus, I tried to call the customer care number 288542100 and guess what, I end up with Globe customer care.

      Does not even deserved a single star! They returned my card replacement to the bank claiming no one is in the house! I work from home and barely leaves the house! WTF, I have been checking their tracking parcel option on their website and it has not moved since May 31!

      I always track my passport from time to time. It was stuck 5 days on the hub and when I check this morning, the status is UNKNOWN ADDRESS like wtf i haven't even received any calls from the courier? Also, tried to contact customer service via email and call but no one is responding!!! Told the rep that i spoke with to call me back if the call got disconnected since I don't enough load because I'm using my MOBILE NUMBER but no one is calling me back!!! Wow what a mess!
