    Guys Shein always chooses or entrust you with our shipments, but you guys are doing so much worse than the government in taxes and fees for the shipping cost, how can I pay R550 for an R800 order? You guys are killing us, I'm done with Shein.

    No longer gonna buy from shein, buffalo taxes are crazy had to pay R135 for R800 order...And had to pay R409 for a R1000 order, buffalo is disappointing me at this point

    Buffalo please fix your taxes charge . I am paying R770 for a R1000 order . I buy from shein atleast 3 times a month but no longer worth it if the tax is that crazy!

    Buffalo please make sure you sort your issues right before December,some of us want to buys clothes from Shein for our kids this December but we can't cause you guys are so expensive when it comes to customs.

    Horrible customer service they dont even get back to you when you eventually get hold of them. There is no way of tracking your package after they have given it to another company to deliver. Its like thier call center consists of only 2 agents THEY ARE HORRIBLE!!!
