They said I am unreachable but nobody has contacted me about the delivery of my stuff
First time using your services and I'm not impressed at all, you don't even deserve 1 star. Incompetent, unreliable, completely unprofessional
Worst courier company ever
I have been using Buffalo logistics for more than 4 years now and they never disappoint me I did Order on Shein last Saturday and today I got my order estimated date was 26 May,and it only took 5 days

Yesterday my status was on "outon delivery " i didn't receive any call from courier guy and till todate i didn't receive any call
I have made two payments for the same order reason being - i have forgot to use the reference number they provided. So I had to re do the payment again to avoid delay and the hustle of calling Buffalo customer service centre. My problem now I have difficulties uploading the proof of payment to the Shein website. i have emailed this Artie at buffalo but shehe didn't respond. At Shein they are willing to assist but i cant upload....drama!!!
Buffalo is the worst night mare, if shein don't stop doing business with it... It will lose customers
0 stars! Worst service ever! They dont answer, paid customs but now i need to repay giving me a bad name with people that ordered. No idea on how to work with customers. Pathetic customer service!!!!
They said I'm unreachable and they dont know where my house is but thay have delivered there before I would like a refund since nobody has called me about the delivery since monday
