Waiting for my goods paid on the 22nd but no response on your side. What is going on. Why you not calling or sending msgs the way you do when goods get to your warehouse
I am so disappointed with Buffalo this time, I use to receive my parcel to this address. What surprises is when they say wrong return but the parcel is still in Joburg not in Cape Town yet
My parcel was wrongly returned to warehouse. I tried numerous numbers as displayed on the buffalo website to no luck. It said that nobody was at delivery address which is not true. This is my first time experiencing this trouble from buffalo. Maybe they should take a look into getting a new local courier company to dispatch their shipments because clearly they lack work ethic. pure lazyness sighting nobody at home, imagine! I am so pissed for real.

What a bad service from Buffalo logistics my parcel was supposed to delivered today when I checked the tracking information now it says unclear delivery address on a package no one call me.
The sooner shein end their partnership with this Buffalo logistics the better, otherwise I am taking a break from shein because of them. The worst logistics company ever!
