    Buffalo is useless, recently received dispatch sms, still no parcel, now i see delivery failed, i am at home everyday no one came no one called, tried contacting them all i hear is the driver has my parcel and is busy with deliveries, how long does it fuckin take to deliver a parcel

    I agree with everyone here! My order has been in the DC since 20th Feb and they just keep ignoring me! How is this company still in business?

    So disappointing that even if you complain to SHEIN they not doing anything about it it’s been 2 months now am am still waiting for my parcel with no update baffelo don’t respond to anything

    I really hate buffalo it’s my first order from shein , I don’t think I’ll ever order again feel sorry for Shein cos it’s going to suffer because of this nonsense company very bad service I’ve been waiting for my order for the past 2 weeks still nothing, I tried calling and sending emails but still nothing this company is fucken bullshit

    Placed an order on the 5th of this month till today it haven't arrived,now when I track my order it says wrongful returned to warehouse...

    Worst company ever. My parcel arrived at their warehouse a week ago but I am still waiting for it even now. I am so disappointed and I pray shein doesn’t use this for my next order

    Aargh Buffalo is the worst..they dont even respond on customers enquires on whatsapp. Waited long enough now for my parcel. They don't care about customers
