It's my first time ordering from Temu and Buffalo being the company to deliver.... I could have gotten my parcel 2days ago but due to a whatsapp call i missed(never got a notification for the call) and only saw the call when I entered the App, it got returned... No notification from buffalo to say "the driver has arrived"... This seems to be a trend with Buffalo.... The online support is horrifing to say the least, the people on there are not even trying to be helpfull, just copy and paste messages like you talking to a bot... I'm kinda worried that I will be scammed, I really hope not, they say today or tomorrow... Will see...

Baffalo logistics is a scamming company they don't want to pay my refund on my parcel they have last there is a lady by the name of Palesa leotlela there the crookest of them all she is not responding to emails worse they will ignore you as if u are mad THIS COMPANY MUST BE SHUTDOWN I am thinking of going to TV about them so many BAD reviews and nothing is happening.
I think it is time we have to admit that this logistics company is the worst logistics company of all time. My order was supposed to arrive today but now when I call this morning they said no they not delivering my package today apparently because it’s been left behind or something to deliver the next time. This company literally bullies people to pay customs but they still can’t do the simpliest thing at this point I think I’ll never order from SHEIN ever again.

I received an email that my parcel will be delivered today. When I sent the company a message I was told my parcel is with Collen Mthombeni and I will receive it today. It is 23:17 now and I still did not receive my parcel. Tomorrow is weekend and Monday is a holiday. I am not happy with your service
My parcel keeps saying: wrong address! Yet I’ve been using the same address for years and I’ve been getting my parcels with no issues but why this time? I think you guys are just lazy to work since it’s festive season and you using this as an excuse. Very unprofessional!!!
Yesterday was my due date to receive my order today it says misrouted i tried calling mailing no response not the service that i expected from you. And my packaged arrived in PE last week already. I understand that you are very busy this time of year but atleast attend to enquiries.
Buffalo is by far the worst delivery company there is. Till today? They can not tell me where my package is because the driver stole it. For the whole month they kept allocating and returning the package back to buffalo due to it being the “wrong driver” which resulted in even shein refunding me because even they couldn’t account for where the package actually is. To make matters worse when i called buffalo they pretended the package was actually being dispatched (it never was). The buffalo driver even called me asking if I could talks a picture of my home to pretend he actually tried to deliver it ( im not making this up lol I have proof of everything) Despite me getting my refund from shein , I still lost out on R500 spent on customs! And buffalo has not been bothered to issue an apology or to atleast tell me what happened to the package (shein has been very responsive) Ultimately they’re a literal scam company which steals your packages.
