    I made orders same day and I have received one parcel and the other one's status is saying your parcel is picked up since yesterday, I'm angry at the service.

    Buffalo tracking staff is so lazy this is the worst courier service iv received,yesterday i called in to enquire about my parcel and i was told that the parcel was in the wrong vehicle today am told my address is invalid and no1 bothered to call me now am told to go to kemptonpark to pick up my parcel

    Pathetic service , i paid tax twice . I sent numerous emails and called them . They never resolved my issue.

    buffalo is useless courier now haibooo can shein stop using it because their service is poor, no reply whatsapp and the phone just ringing no one answer .since i receive message that my parcel is on the way from 08 march until today

    Buffalo has pathetic service a package from china to SA takes less than 48 hrs my package is received in cape town pass couple of days and im still waiting on it!

    Very bad service, no answer from both phone calls, whatsapp and email. I want to find out about my package from shein because it's saying it has been returned due to invalid phone number or address while I used the same address and phone numbers that I always use

    Yohh, now I can't be saying anything good about buffalo, it has been saying it's been transiting to Cape town for 5 days now. I've never even seen that happen before, I myself do not take even a day to Johannesburg from here
