Why are you giving them 5 stars while complaining?by giving them 5 stars you are endorsing their lack of professionalism and empathy and ensuring they keep getting more delivery tenders

Still NO PARCEL - I have been patiently waiting since the 15 Jan when my customs payment was done and confirmation sent to your contact center. I am so angry about the level of service delivery and delayed response. I continue receiving notifications to settle this amount and tired of the same story that the finance team is capturing this manually and that it has been escalated!!!! Please respond and release my Shein order, I will never book online with Shein again because of BUFFALO LOGISTICS PATHETIC SERVICES

Buffalo Logistics, please call a customer upon the arrival at delivery destination. You do not call yet the tracking states that you called but I didn't receive any call. You had to return with my order. When I call your office no one answers. When I send a WhatsApp no one responds. You can do better than this. So much inconvenience!!!

No parcel was yet received, even though it says delivered! I am so mad! This was supposed to be a special gift to my sister whom is expecting and now.... NOTHING!! The service provider, Buffalo does not respond to any calls! Useless, useless, useless!!!! Won't ever use their services AGAIN!!! GET MY ORDER TO ME!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! ORDER NUMBER: 5146

Shein estimated to be delivered on the 21st but got my parcel yesterday Thank You Baffalo, this is my 5th order from shein and they never disappoint I always receive my parcel early.
