Horrible, horrific. When you call them on their service line it says that they’re not available at the phone after you wait and spend most your airtime on the line. I was supposed to get my delivery already and still haven’t gotten it nor gotten feedback. I have no idea when I’m receiving my package because no one answers the phone. I have been patient and nothing. Wish someone can do something with Buffalo Logistics honestly.

Just a little tip when you pay your customs,do not pay it via the link they send you rather go to your online banking app add them there with their banking details and reference they give you and pay that way. It's my 4th time ordering from SHEIN and I did that mistake once by paying tax through that link and it didn't went through so had to pay it twice and got a email after I paid the tax for the second time,letting me know that I paid my tax,so do that rather
So disappointed in the service. The guy delivering my parcel didn’t even come inside the building where I work. He called on WhatsApp from the parking lot and left because I did not answer. It is 5 days later and I still don’t have my parcel even after I had called the customer care and they told me they would send it out again yesterday. At this point who knows where my parcel is when the company itself can’t even track it. Pathetic!
You don't care about your customers and I think you should update your system been waiting for my customs since December 2022 .
I am so extremely disappointed in the service I have received this year from Buffalo Logistics. I have never experienced this before from them and have been a regular customer of theirs. I’ve had to pay twice for vat duty fees, never before. What is going on with Buffalo Logistics. I’ve always been impressed with their service, up until this month, shocking service and having to pay double for fees.

I AM SO ANNOYED THEY SENT ME AN EMAIL SAYING I HAVENT PAID MY TAX BUT I DID USING THE ONLINE LNK THE FIRST TIME AROUND AND NOW THEY ASKING ME AGAIN SAYING NEED TO PAY AGAIN THIS SHIT IS A SCAM!!!!
