    Truly amazed by the reviews as I always order from Shein and always receive the package before estimated delivery date. My order took only 7 days.

    Truly amazed by the reviews as I always order from Shein and always receive the package before estimated delivery date. I ordered on the 21st of January 2023 and I received my order on the 27th of January 2023. Buffalo has never disappointed me.

    Most pathetic service I have ever encountered. Waiting 10 weeks for a package is ridiculous.

    They tell you to contact them, take more than one hour to speak to a representitive. Dont respond to emails. Send POP which they rejected, dont know why and after sending another POP and refund form, no word from them. Very very bad

    From the time I started shopping from Shein and getting my deliveries from Buffalo I’ve never had any issues

    Shein must use another caurier service. This is shit. I paid the tax long time ago but I haven't received my parcel you all still calling me about the damn payment I can't track my order at all, paid via link therefore there is no POP except for my bank statement with the order number... Advice me what can I do because I need my order

    The worst courier service ever. No contact whatsoever but I am being told the order is being returned

    I placed my order on the 20th of January and recieved my order on the 25th January, it was my first time experiencing this miracle from Buffalo logistics. They used their own company to deliver, no fastway or skynet. I'm impressed, wish they can keep their ducks in a row like this for all orders.

    After waiting for 10 weeks for my package I cancelled my order yesterday, today out of the blue I received an update(the first update since 14 December) that my package is at Pretoria DC and I can go and collect. Pathetic service.

    Guys after using the link to pay ....check the bottom of the invoice it will change to paid....take a screenshot of that turn it into PDF if your phone allows you then send it buffalo
