      Buffalo logistic is the worst, I don’t understand why they still in business while very bad at it, their phone are always busy, can’t get through them on WhatsApp. Shitty service I tell you

      Buffalo has very poor service. Whatsapp help is off no use.. They don't even read your messages... I have given the correct address.. Then my parcel is in a different town.. Im very angry and unhappy with this service.. Shein should get another logistics company.. Very very bad service.. Will never order from Shein because off this

      Buffalo never disappoint me when coming to delivery time, they are always deliver before estimated date, my problem is the expensive tax nowadays

      I have ordered from SHEIN probably more than 150 times now. I have never had an issue with delivery, I always get my package. 1. Enter the correct ID number, phone number and address when you order from SHEIN to ensure that there are no issues when the clearance process begins. 2. The moment you receive you tax notification, make sure that you pay customs 1-4 days after receiving the sms or email regarding the tax notification, if you not using Nedbank I would suggest immediate payment so that you get a tax notification email that states that you have paid for your customs. 3. Download the 17TRACK app to track all movement of your package, tracking on the SHEIN app is slow at times. 4. Once you package has arrived at the warehouse, select “Urge Delivery” on the SHEIN app to speed up the delivery of your package. 5. On the day of the delivery make sure your phone is always on, should you have missed a call from the driver make sure you call the driver back and let them know what’s happening so that the driver can try to deliver your package again. 6. If the driver was unable to deliver your package the day before, first thing in the morning call the transit party to let them know that they failed to deliver the package and find out what the issue is, if the driver was unable to deliver your package cause he or she couldn’t find the address use near by shops, schools, hospitals etc to direct the driver. If you are near the 3rd party warehouse you can request a pick up collection. 7. There was an incident whereby I had paid for my customs twice, I sent an email to this email address [email protected] and after 1-3 days I was asked for my banking details and proof that I had paid twice. After sending what was required I waited for a week and got my refund. I hope this helps information helps you get your packages on time ! ❤️

      Buffalo is the most unreliable, useless logistics company with very poor staff who know absolutely nothing about customer service. Their deliveries report failures that no one explains how they come about. It's a pity a well-established company like Shein partners with logistics company like Buffalo. If it was up to me I would advise Shein otherwise
