      Bad service ever, they said I gave them the wrong address, the driver is even rude and returned with my item, now I have to take the items back and it’s been two weeks waiting for them to come and take back the item

      HORRIBLE! Phone number doesn't work, call head office they only email them. NO RESPONSE... Drivers are so RUDE! YOU SUCK COURIER IT!

      Worst courier company!!! Telling me they cannot get hold of their driver when I call customer service. The next morning, the story changes and the driver tried to call me but could not find my address. How on earth did he call me when they could not get hold of their own driver in the first place?? This by the way is an address I have used on almost every other courier and this was the first time a driver of courier company could not find it.

      I don't think it can get worser than this, if I could I would give it zero stars. This is the worst courier company ever, they always make excuses and deliver after a week of calling. They refuse to deliver

      I was supposed to receive my order today bunch of liers are telling me that my order is under investigation for fruad. Sadly Telkom doesn't know anything about that today am going to their depot to get my order

      I received bad service. they sent an sms saying order will be delivered today and i waited no delivery was done, instead they changed their status online as i did not produce the proof of residence for my CELC order.

      The worst courier services. They stole my Package!!!! I've been waiting for two weeks for them to deliver it... One of their drivers called to say they delivered it but they actually didn't coz I didn't receive anything from them. Now they are nowhere to be found... nor have they returned my Package to Takealot.
