      Hi there, My envelope as mailed from Portugal on Nov 11th 2019 and today is Dec 22nd 2019, I have still not received the envelope in Canada. No clue what's going on , I hope you'll send t back to the Sender.

      Terrible service. The envelope I paid 66E to send to Alaska sat in Lisbon for 7 days before being sent abroad—I was quoted 3-5 days to send to Alaska. We are still waiting 8 days later!!
