      Hopeless service, they maintained my parcel was delivered, as far as I am concerned it wasn't, no card left, couldn't talk to anyone at Aramex, they finally advised for me to contact the supplier and get GPS and photo proof of delivery, what a joke, the supplier was in China, I gave up, I've no product and out of piocket.

      The worst courier service I have ever came across. They never deliver on the stated date but will send you a macabre message saying they tried but I wasn't at home. There was no missed cards left for about 9 different deliveries on 9 different dates and I had to send messages to wait for a long time just to get response from them and get it delivered which in this case they call it re delivery. During messaging they don't even wait to completely answer your question but cut off by stating problem resolved after waiting for hours. The worst and unreliable service provider ever! If there no no star to be given that would have been my choice but the lowest is 1 so that's what they'll get.

      In the last 3 years every order Aramax has got they've stuffed up. This time, no shock, they picked it up on the 2nd of the month and I didn't receive it until the 27th of the month. 7 days overdue. Do they need to go through the Ukraine to get my parcel from Melb to Perth? A very disappointing company, if I had a choice I would not use them. And if I had a choice, I would rate you 0 stars.
