      My parcel has been sitting in the storage facility for over 24 days without any progress. Customer service refuse to respond to my requests for an update.

      Worst delivery service company in Australia. Note that 'Fastway' has changed its name to 'Aramex' now - probably because their brand name was so accurately associated with their absolute crap work. If I had the option when ordering from any online store I would NEVER select these clowns. Oh and the package I came here to review has been sitting in the warehouse for almost 1 month. No updates, customer service just tries to get you to commit to being home all day between 8am and 5pm. You wait all day, nobody turns up, nobody rings the intercom. Later you get a message saying they left a card (they did not) and you should contact customer service. Staff are rude, totally unhelp. JUST SHUT IT DOWN!

      This is a the worth courier company in the entire world, a consignment could sets in one location for a week. Customer service are not able to update you of the progress because there is no progress.

      It is worst carrier service in Au. I am waiting for my parcel for 15 days and still didn't received even though estimated delivery day was within 5-7 days. My item is waiting to dispatch for 15 days in fastway sortation facility in Sydney. It doesn't deserve even 1 star! Stay away from sellers who work with Fastway!
