    These are the worst delivery service about left my parcel on a wall in a public alleyway total idiots who deliver wouldn't trust them again

    Terrible service, 2 days now i've waited in for my parcel and its still not arrived, so now onto the 3rd day of waiting in, why on earth do sellers use this useless service is beyond me

    Absolutely terrible service, supposedly attempted delivery before the appointed time, then changed the appointed time on their website. Actual middle of hte day appointed time announced at 10.50am same day. Will never use for parcels again.

    Tracking states Hermes attempted delivery a number of times WHEN I WAS IN! I live in a rural area and it would seem that it is easier to say that they attempted to deliver rather than actually deliver the item Not happy at all

    Lost parcels, left on the doorstep on very busy street. Now after failed delivery didn't left any notes. My parcel returned to sender

    Cette entreprise est incompétente. Elle devrait fermer ses établissements et aller à la pêche. Elle serait tout aussi efficace et nous ferait plus C.....
