      Why 5-stars are set by default? In my previous review forgot to set them, and I'm not the first one who forgot to adjust rating. By default it should not assume the user wants to leave 5-star rating, and remind the user if they forgot to adjust the rating. J-Net is unreliable, slow, and does not deliver in time, if at all, they may lose packages in transit between J-Net warehouse and 8express warehouse in the same city. In latest case, I encountered this issue, if you look up track JNTCU0103071298YQ, you find out that at 2021-10-17 a parcel arrived to J-Net warehouse, and in the status message they promised to send it to 8express warehouse "tomorrow", but only after a week it became "in transit". And at the time of writing, after more than two weeks (more than three weeks in total after arrival to their Moscow warehouse), they still have not delivered to 8express warehouse which is in Moscow too. They may have lost it and never deliver it, or they may take few more weeks. Nobody knows. 8express have no contact information for J-Net. Found two different J-Net e-mail addresses in the internet, but both do not work. Seller can't contact J-Net either - even though they accept parcels, they do not offer any support, so there is nobody to contact, and no one can explain why after more than 3 weeks, the parcel still not delivered from one warehouse to another in the same city. In total, I'm waiting for a third month and counting. From seller reviews, some received the product after waiting more than 3 months and some did not received at all and just wasted time. On russian version of J-Net website, when I try to track package, it redirects to chinese version and then nothing happens, no tracking information at all, even though other sites can track the J-Net package. I even tried to go to chinese version of J-Net website and track the package there, but it hangs too. In the past they seemed to be better, and had working e-mail addresses and technical support, but now, they barely work. In my case, their "Estimated delivery period" was "27.09.2021 - 17.10.2021" (according to https://track24.net/service/jnet/tracking/JNTCU0103071298YQ ) is already overdue by a month and item is not even close to being delivered, just stuck (or lost) between two warehouses for three weeks. The worst shipping company, it is better to stay away from them.
