      I am still waiting for the item and when I enter tracking number all I get is something went wrong eBay packlink is pathetic service

      Sent parcel with ebay packlink who subsequently lost the item. I was subsequently charged a sum of £74.00 for Packlinks failure to deliver and could not get a refund. Dishonesty amounting to robbery. Do not use this service from reviled ebay.

      Out of 10 parcels, 2 went missing never to be found, one states its delivered but customer insists its not and 2 had no tracking at all. I've only used them because their lockers are round the corner and its a lot easier than the post office but that's it now - I've sent my last parcel with them

      Avoid this company! They lost 3 parcels in the last few months. The last one I was really trying to get a refund and they didn't give it. They were sending me emails with asking for the same - name of the item and price while I sent it to them at least 5 times. Also, sent an invoice from eBay.

      IGNORANCE, not a serious company and service, I sent the package via ups, the package was lost by ups, they confirmed it but I cannot get insurance because it is not me that only packling can open my case, packlink does not respond, packling does nothing, dead silence. .... it looks like I can't even get back some of the insurance because packlink is placing this order on my behalf,lost double money item and refund for this to the buyer (ebay money guaranteene) 440£ my advice is to avoid packlink and I am surprised that ebay promotes something like this,Avoid !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! as far you can GB2022EBAY0002065245

      ONE STAR NOT FIVE! DO NOT USE (ruined Christmas) DO NOT USE! Lost 2 of my parcels and remained in the ‘in transit’ mode and made no attempts to tell me they we’re delayed or lost. Then when I tried to claim they had gone missing they replied “ We regret to inform you that we are unable to process the claim due to the following reason: It is possible to submit a claim only within and not beyond 30 (thirty) calendar days from the dispatch date.” Appalled at the service, communication and everything really. Hopefully companies like this crash bad burn and don’t get away with STEALING people’s money, Christmas presents and whatever else it is they want form us.

      Very bad service, I was waiting the whole day without leaving from home from 8 until 18h, and they never showed up. Moreover, we scheduled another appointment and again, didnt come. It has been more than one month trying to finally get my packages. No recommended at all
