      WORST SERVICE. AVOID Lost parcels 3 times and never gave me compensation. Ridiculous company. Don’t send through them

      Abysmal service. I've used a few times and it's fine when things progress normally, but as soon as there's an issue e.g. Hermes miss a pickup, Packlink are utterly useless. Their staff are powerless to help in any reassuring way, just copy and paste vague excuses, blaming the courier. Indeed, Hermes are at fault in my current case for not collecting, but as I booked through Packlink, Hermes directly won't take queries

      Please don't use Packlink under any circumstances. If your package arrives damaged or in the case of loss, you'll never get refund from them.
