Absolute disgrace of a company they have no idea on how to deliver goods on time you get NO updates on when goods are going to arrive. It's been 2 weeks overdue for 1 of the 2 parcels I've been waiting on the the other is a week overdue. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY NOT HAPPY AT ALL

Avoid Aramax / Fastway / PFL / Freightster at all costs. Read the other review sites too. The rate of extremely late deliveries or no deliveries for this company ( they’re all affiliated) is so bad that it begs the question why they haven’t been shut down yet. It is Sooooo bad many other users are questioning the possibility of deliberate ‘loss aka theft’ of the goods entrusted to them. I am, unfortunately one of their latest victims, now on my 11th day with no valid update, no response to my complaint/ enquiry as to a small eBay package that was only transiting 20Km across Sydney. Everything on their website is bullshit (24/7 customer support aka no contact phone number and only a web form that doesn’t solicit a response - red warning flags for any company that doesn’t provide the ability for direct contact !!) If this site allowed a zero rating then that’s what they’d get from me. If you use these guys, then you face a very real and high possibility of a VERY VERY late ir zero delivery.

You are just terrible. Never had the privilege to have ever dealt with such a poor company. How you are still trading is beyond me. Then maybe I don't. something very wrong with this company I will also report to ACCC for them to investigate. The more people who report them to ACCC will have to investigate.
Terrible service, phone rings out and makes it impossible to get in contact with the company. Placed and order for a replacement part and have been waiting over 2 weeks now. Shit service and will not be using them ever again. Would give zero stars if it was an option.
They have some fuel injectors somewhere in their "Where" house, sitting around, picking their noses, wondering wtf, like me. They have been sitting thee in their dark dusty corner for a month now. "Customer "service"" tells me occasionally that the parts are on a truck, and will arrive "soon". Good luck with that one folks. Soon ran out a week and a half ago. What a waste of effort. Handed my parcel off to a partner company called Freightster, who promptly lost it. They are completely uncontactable once they do this, and they stop updating the tracking number as well. This made it very difficult for me to discuss the situation with the seller.

Left package on footpath leaning against gate on a main road. I was home and didn't see the package till after I went out 2 hours after delivery and saw it when came back home again. Too lazy to open the gate or even drop it over the fence
