    Handed my parcel off to a partner company called Freightster, who promptly lost it. They are completely uncontactable once they do this, and they stop updating the tracking number as well. This made it very difficult for me to discuss the situation with the seller.

    PF Logistics and Freightster are the same company. Though they will deny it outright, a little sleuthing proves it to be fact. They rebrand to avoid the mass onslaught of irate customers. Express Post and I've waited 2 weeks for my parcel with no delivery date in sight. Shitty company who shouldn't be in business. Assholes.

    They are just as bad as ‘Freightster’ couriers, unethical people, they don’t attempt to call your units intercom when they are apparently at location, they leave your parcel in an unsafe location, without as mentioned attempting to contact you, and they then take a photo of parcels at a far distance, that you cannot even make sure it has your address in the item!! Scanners as well, sounds like a courier company that was so bad as well they changed their name to Aramex!

    Scammers , never use them. They won’t deliver your package ! No answering phone calls or emails , 0 customer service , a lot of people been scammed stay far away from them
