      Everyday my tacking is updated with the same info just new dates and times and it seems sketchy to me. Several days ago it’s said it landed in LA and now it says the same thing just today’s date and time. Also it’s been nearly a month and still haven’t received my item. Concerned now because I have a second item I won that’s about to be shipped. So prob won’t be seeing that one until after New Years

      shipping/delivery time took less than 2 weeks despite tracking not updating until after the package already got delivered. when i did get it, the box was literally squished into a pancake, if there had been any ceramic/figure/electronic prizes they would had been broken.

      the first time i won a prize on toreba with a free play (big tarushiba plush) it wasn’t through this shipping service and it came about 3-5 days after the shipping confirmation which was really nice. but i won my second prize with a free play also and it was a small tonkatsu plush. and now the email took me to this shipping service :/ which apparently a lot of people are disappointed with. im actually upset now bc i wasnt expecting a difference in shipping service. threw me off guard tbh.

      My first two packages arrives 48 hours after I got my shipping confirmation. Now with this service it's taken 2 weeks... Sigh.. Why can't we just have nice things?

      I took some of these reviews witha grain of salt considering I've never had anything I've ever gotten overseas arrive damaged... but I received my 1st Toreba package with this new shipping method this morning. It took 16 days to get to me. The box was completely squashed and had a giant hole in the side. Luckily, what I'd won was just a plush keychain and it wasn't damaged... but now I'm concerned about my other orders arriving safely. How in the world is this okay? I love Toreba, and I don't blame them at all for changing methods to reduce costs, but... this many people getting potentially damaged stuff isn't good at all.

      I got my first one fast but I’m waiting for my watch I won to get here, it shipped on the 17th and it’s the 23rd now and it still saying item been shipped from warehouse.

      Got my prize about 2 weeks after the initial shipping notification. Box had a decently sized hole in it, but the item inside was not damaged. Honestly, not bad at all for international shipping.

      Since a lot of these reviewers packages go through international shipping to USPS; it wouldn't be out of the question that things get lost, stolen, or misplaced for months. In my case, I got my package in 9 days. Oddly enough, after 7 days, I got lucky and won another toy, but bigger this time around. We shall see how that fares. Either way, I'm surprised at how fast this arrived. The tracking service itself lags a bit behind and suffers from a little "Engrish."
