    I ordered it 12/12, times as expected to ship 12/16, shipped today at 12/24. Shipping has been taking a lot longer since a few months ago when it only took a week to arrive. Now it’s pushing two. That being said, the box is a bit beat up but overall is expected.

    Forgot to update yesterday night. My package shipped on 12/11 and came on 12/21. Still have 1 more package. Waiting. The box unharmed.

    Box was a bit beat up like other reports, and got to my house a little later than what was marked as delivered, but I think that might've been the mail carriers mixup.Overall, pretty alright!

    The people complaining are mostly impatient people. I ordered three times on toreba and two of the three orders used this company. Both of my orders came within a week or so. There are only two things keeping me from giving 5 stars: 1) it doesn’t update correctly/not often (for example, something that happened on 12/17 wasn’t updated until 12/21) and 2) The box was a little beat up. But that’s to be expected since it is coming all the way from Japan. Other than that, I’m pretty satisfied with the service. The people giving one stars need to chill out.

    First package took about 2 weeks, no issues. Shipped 2nd package on 13th and it's already moving faster than the 1st did, but Holiday volume might delay. No problems yet, just takes time and patience!
