This is my 7th order at shein,I've paid my tax on the 1st of july after that it was stuck on transit until i called them only to find out that my order has been detained like its been forever,service is so poor,how can a parcel be stuck they have received the documents that they say they need but dololo li order bantu be Nkosi,singaze sife sishiye ma order sies
I have ordered a package a month ago. It arrived in SA a week later, I then tried paying customs tax via the online banking they usually have available, i tried and it didn’t work, I then chose the EFT option. WHAT A HORRIBLE MISTAKE! I have been waiting 3 weeks for them to send me an email and say they will be allocating my payment in 2-3 working days! What a joke! I have also paid my parcel tax twice and when I did I have never received any confirmation to say that payment has been received. Absolutely PUTRID service! Their WhatsApp line doesn’t work, they only reply days after an email has been sent then you respond and have to wait another 4 working days for them to respond on an email. Very unhappy. I hope they improve all their portals and get more staff to man their emails and accounts! We expect good service not a people that doesn’t seem to care.
One thing about buffalo logistics? They will deliver on time Chile! I ordered on the 15th which was last week Saturday

I received my package yesterday, it takes only 7 days
First time experiencing this with buffalo, my orders are usually delivered before time but this time around I’ve been my order is stuck, as of the 30tg of June till this day my order is not moving. I call but i get no help, each representative tells me something everyday
Buffalo is the worst, the drivers / people who deliver our parcels are so rude
They double charge on taxes. When send pop- they stall and dint refund.. now they threaten to send paid goods back simply becos their dom couriers can't find address. Whereas when they appointed fast track- all went smooth. Why drop fast track??
