The worst and most disgusting service ever, my SHEIN parcel was meant to be delivered on the 7th July, however it was returned (without it being delivered), been contacting buffalo services every single day and I’m told to wait 24-48 hours I’m not sure how they count their hours as it’s now the 6th day, apparently the driver was unable to deliver on time and did not return the parcel to the warehouse therefore they themselves don’t even know where my is at (at least that’s what I was told)
I got my parcel before the estimated time ,it took 9 days I am so happy with the service from Buffalo
First time experiencing this with the company. I used their EFT option, uploaded my proof of payment twice and was told the import TAX was not paid. Ended up having to pay for it again and no contact from the company. No help when calling in. I will also probably never get my money back either
It's been 5 days since my parcel is out on delivery but I'm getting nothing. Worst service ever!

It been 16 days plus waiting for my parcel. When I text and call them they don't reply and don't call me back. I don't think I will ever order anything, I'm so pissed of never trust buffalo guys

How does one contact Buffalo because I paid my tax and I haven't received my parcel? And what's funny is that it's not moving.
Horrible service. Accounts department a mess. Couriers clueless- can't do simple task like finding an address. Incompetence..
