      I made ny first order and the driver called me to come fetch my parcel at the mall while i registed my address. The second order I made the driver called me to come and fetch my parcel somewhere else, far from my location. I am so done with this

      Terrible terrible terrible. On the tracking it says wrong pin drop. Although NO ONE was given a pin drop. My husband even phoned today to explain to them that they keep going to the wrong address and asked the representative to ask the driver to phone him so that he can explain where the address is. No on phoning, after holding for 20min, the electronic prompt said the operators mailbox is full and can not accept new messages. I'm not surprised as there must be loads of unhappy customers

      I just received my parcel now. I ordered it last Sunday , I'm happy with Buffalo's service.

      The tracking update this morning says I received my package on 20 Feb. 16:33, wow, today is only the 19th???? Its ridiculous.

      Have ordered 3 times now and my orders always comes before the delivery date. Thanks @Buffalo, hopefully you provide sane service to all who are not happy with your delayed deliveries.

      Friday Morning my order was out for delivery. The address clearly states its a work address but thr driver decided to deliver today which is Saturday. With every order the service levels are decreasing. Not even a phone call that time should the driver had called i wouldhv given instruction on what action to take. Baffalo sucks.

      I missed my order the other day but they didn't take more than 2 days to bring it back it is good service l rate them but l will like to say they have to call more than 1 because other people experience bad network
