I ordered on the 6th of December and I'm still waiting for my parcel bad service
Not the best experience custom payment done on the 19th Jan continuous confirmation of payments emailed and informed that manual capturing must be done. To date no parcel released and continue receiving request to pay. BAD SERVICE PAID FOR PARCEL AND CUSTOMS and delayed

I received my parcel before estimated date. thirdparty express skynet I did call the skynet driver yesterday to deliver my parcel early and he did I'm so happy.. communicate is the best job well done to skynet driver ♥️❤️
I give zero if i could... No driver / vehicle broke down. Such a lame excuse. And when i reached to them via email they threatened to further delay my order. Called them, they dnt even let me finish my sentence. So rude...

Hi there. I hope this helps some one out there. Buffalo had a problem with their online payments system in January. Not sure how long. This is the system where you click on the link on either the mail or sms and you paid with your credit card. I had the problem on 2 orders. This is what I did to resolve it. Please I want to add, it was the most frustrating experience ever, and the staff all give different updates. For those that paid this way. Please call your bank and get a transaction ID. Ask your bank to email it to you along with the date as well as the amount. Then call Buffalo from 7.55 in the morning. You will get an engaged signal until they pick up at 8am. Then pray that you get a consultant that will help. After 2 weeks I finally found someone who helped me. You need to send the mail with the transaction ID to them and then wait for them to allocate the payment. Such a pity that we are reduced to begging for our orders to be released. Wishing you all the very best.
