      Purchased item from Melbourne over two weeks ago and it's still not delivered. Item has been at Sydney Depot since 2nd October. There is no excuse for such delays. Amarax you need to have a long hard look at your operations.

      Hung up on 3 times when asked why my parcel has been on a truck from Brisbane to Sydney for 14 days!! Same call centre as telstra im guessing!!!! head office leave there phones off the hook so they don't have to deal with the customers and an overseas call centre who hang up when ever you ask a question they don't like and get told in a condescending manner just wait longer then!!!! So more parcels more money and even worse service!!! Must be because Australia post bought a huge chunk of the already horrible fastway!!!! Great job once again!! Gold watches all round!!!

      15 days from Melbourne to Sydney and from Aramex Depo Sydney to Sydney Metro 9 days. Horrible services, bad customer care. It takes 5 days if you do it by bike. Such a shame.

      The company is shit, if you come to know this company is partnered for courier service, stay away. Don't order that goods.

      Well another 2 weeks have passed since my last comment and my item still hasn't moved from melbourne and the company is still ignoring my tickets and not answering my phone calls. At this point they've essentially stolen my item. They've had it for FIVE WEEKS, took it out of the stae I live in down to Victoria where is has been ever since.

      The worst courier on market Their website been telling me that my item is in Sydney depo and every day for the last week it says just received today and go next day when you check will tell you just receive today and so on for the whole week
