I ordered a package on the 13th of October 2021. It’s been over 2 weeks and I haven’t received any thing. For the past week, I’ve been calling up the Aramex / Fastways head office in Sydney at Chullora. They cannot tell me when I’ll receive my package. I’ve asked to speak to a supervisor/ manager every single day for the past 1 week

Parcels lost,cannot be traced seem to be logo of this company. I am told my giant plant stand box got lost,asked was it stolen from warehouse no reply. No supervisor has strength to face customer on phone,cannot understand their customer service people's ascent every time i called.They are very rude to end call when they cannot answer. As another customer wrote,i double check that the business whom i am getting my order from DOES NOT DEAL WITH ARAMEX couriers else i cancel my order. I will never recommend this courier service even at 1/10th of normal rate pf competitors. This courier service couldn't do anything better even by changing mame. Struggling to get mt plant stands and my LIVE Plants which are likely to die because they ended up unfortunately woth Aramex. You are a nightmare ARAMEX COURIERS
Disaapointed customer,Absolutely disgusting courier,call themselves international.This company has been complained for with fair trading for absolutely no Delivery ethics and their customer service staff cannot even be understood. They are very good in cutting off your phone call. Customers please report to fair trading and 10 of us put this pathetic company in PUBLIC REGISTER, they have no right to serve customers and loose their parcels. If i had chouce,i will rate this so called courier -100.
Would like to give zero stars. Absolutely the worst, most incompetent and disrespectful service I’ve come across. My parcel has been lost twice so far. Still not delivered. Is there a side hustle re-selling online? Never use, never buy from a seller who uses Aramex. It’s not worth it.
They have been holding my parcel for 12 days in their Melbourne depot. I’m not living in regional, but next door to their depot. When I was responded by them after waiting online for 1.5 hours, I offered to pick up by myself but was refused. When I asked them to give an estimated delivery date, they said they can’t give a date…. Eventually the customer service indicated that they couldn’t locate my parcel, and suggested me to lodge enquiry for the investigation, and also told me that when will the result of investigation be given is unknown. Ridiculous! If your online chat box can’t solve any problem, please replace with an AI response, at least to save your customer’s time. But most importance, ARAMEX, WHERE IS MY PARCEL!!!
They have got shit service , my parcel had arrived 2 weeks ago in their depot. And I waited 2 weeks time then rang into their call centre, they picked the call we cannot say when we received our parcel. It could be next year !! They hung up. Seriously!!!
