      I wish i can give negative star. Always have had problem with aramex formally known as fastway. Both companies as bad as it can get. Unfortunately i had to deal with them 5-6 times and all the time either they delivered to wrong state, wrong address, or delayed whole month and now i am waiting for two parcels and they are blaming Covid-19(of course).

      Awful service.They picked my parcel up from Sydney and took it to Melbourne 3 weeks ago. I live about a 90 minute drive south of Sydney, why did it get taken to Melbourne!!!??? No updates, no contact. It's just been left as 'in transit' for the last 3 weeks

      Worst courier service!!! Never ever get my parcel on time, could not provide an ETA. Don’t even bother for the customer. Zero star for Amarex!!

      Aramex are the worst courier service anywhere. Will never use them again. Would rather pay double postage fees than use these jokers.

      Is it possible to give ZERO stars? Apparently my parcel was in fMelbourne at 1900, and then in Sydney for the same time. Must have travelled by fucking TARDIS! Ordered parcel a MONTH in advance. A week to go, sweet Fanny Adams. Vendor has given me a refund and there is insufficient time to get a replacement. Event buggered up good and proper. I have had better communication with my Grandad and he’s been dead for 70 years! Perhaps I need to consult with Madame Arcarti and her frigging Ouija board? You should be ashamed! Taking money for a service you don’t supply and no updates. Blame Covid why don’t you. Worst delivery company ever.

      Hopeless and Unprofessional. My first experience with Aramex is they leave the parcel at my neighbours carport. Second experience they leave it half way up my drive. Third experience they don't even send text or email of progress. It is a shame that Australia Post used our tax dollars to buy this hopeless Logistics company which undoes all the hard work done by Fastway

      Never ever known such an utterly pathetic poorly customer service base and an absolute disappointment of a courier company. They dont update or even provide any information about any delays. And if you try to find out why. There is no actual answers from their so called live chat and email support. It just says - an agent will be with you shortly. But after hours of waiting - no one answers. Such a joke! Aramex is a joke. The word worst is not enough to describe this courier company. And yes, at this point I am still waiting for parcel and not sure when it will arrive or will arrive.. Aramex i hope you read this and wake up!!!

      Absolutely ridiculous to have to wait three weeks with no outlook. Worst delivery I have ever experienced. Got an item from Netherlands within 5 working days and these guys can't go 15klms in 3 weeks
