      These people are crooks. One of the most dishonest businesses I've ever had the displeasure of dealing with. Seriously do yourself a massive favor and stay away from these guys. If your order was shipped by them - contact your retailer immediately and ask for them to ship using a different courier.

      Absolutely terrible! Dishonest and incompetent. Also pretty sure anywhere with a 5-star review for ARAMAX is total garbage; there's no way any reasonable human being would ever rate them 5 stars. Pretty sure it's management staff trying to save their jobs. SHAME!

      Fastway used to be so good! After being bought out by Aramex; this business has turned to completely crap! The phone staff are so unbothered I don't even understand why they bother answering the phones. Courier staff are so lazy and dishonest I honestly have no clue why they're even out driving - they get nothing done and lie about it. I seriously feel so terrible for the manager that's going to be in charge of turning this mess around - best of luck to you matey lol Don't use these guys - you'll seriously regret it. Trust me it's not worth saving a few dollars. Use a real Courier.

      Told that my address is "out of area". I live only 10 minutes from the freeway. Then, when I go to the depot to pick it up, the 1st thing I see is a sign saying "we deliver everywhere" No, you don't. What a joke of a company.

      Very poor service, when it was Fastway, items got delivered a lot quicker!!

      Not sure what’s going on with the tracking saying it had 9 minutes until it arrives then saying it had 2 hours and 14 minutes, so no clue when it’s due to arrive today.

      This company is a total shamble. Still waiting for my package lost in Port Melbourne. Total useless communication system the customer obviously comes last. Who runs this company should be sacked immediately!!
